At the cutting edge

The Innovation Spine is a concept that adopts 'smart city' and sustainable technologies to foster better connections between Glenferrie Road, local businesses, Swinburne University and the knowledge industries.

It considers cutting-edge approaches to urban infrastructure, mobility and spaces for meeting and socialising from Liddiard Street to Swinburne University and its surrounding streets and laneways, all the way down to Glenferrie Station and the Hawthorn Arts Centre.
